About

This is the libavg development blog, written by Ulrich von Zadow.

I am currently a PhD student at the Interactive Media Lab in Dresden. From 2006 to 2012, I worked at Archimedes Exhibitions GmbH, where I established and led the software development department in the years 2007-2010 and went on to work on research projects like SimMed. Archimedes is also the main sponsor of libavg. Past projects include the SessionDesk multitouch table and the mixed-reality telescope timescope. Before Archimedes, I worked at ART+COM (2001-2007) and twosuns (1998-2000).

You can reach me at uzadow@libavg.de. A list of my research activities and publications is on my academic homepage.

The header image shows a view of Berlin at night. I took the photo from an incredibly cool defunct US radar station in Grunewald.
